Reverse
Chronic conditions don’t happen overnight—and neither does reversal. Dr. Adam takes a holistic, root-cause approach to medicine, using targeted nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and herbs to restore balance naturally. When needed, he integrates pharmaceuticals strategically, not dependently. Labs, food sensitivity testing, and advanced diagnostics are used to pinpoint the problem—not mask it—so you can start moving in the right direction: back toward health.
resilience
Health isn’t the absence of symptoms—it’s the ability to adapt and thrive under stress. In this phase, Dr. Adam helps you develop long-term systems for physical and mental resilience. This is where habits become identity. You’ll learn how to maintain strength, metabolic flexibility, and hormonal balance no matter what life throws at you—so you stay strong, capable, and in control for the long haul.
Rebuild
Once your foundation is restored, it’s time to rebuild. This phase focuses on performance, reclaiming energy, strength, focus, and vitality. Dr. Adam helps you fine-tune digestion, nutrition, sleep, and movement so your body works for you again. You’ll not only feel better, you’ll function better. The goal isn’t just recovery; it’s optimization.

Naturopathic doctors are educated and trained in accredited naturopathic medical colleges where they are trained to diagnose, prevent, and treat acute and chronic illness.
Rather than just suppressing symptoms, naturopathic doctors work to identify underlying causes of illness, and develop personalized treatment plans to address them. The therapeutic order, identifies the natural order in which all therapies should be applied to provide the greatest benefit with the least potential for damage.
The scope of practice in Montana includes the ability to diagnose, prescribe most major medications, determine medical necessity for referrals, diagnostic imaging, and speciality care services.

Although Dr. Rondepierre can fulfill many of the roles of general medicine, he recommends you have a dedicated physician who focuses on primary care. He hopes in the future to have the space and staff needed to accommodate primary care.
