About Dr. Adam

I’m Dr. Adam, a naturopathic doctor and men’s performance coach based in Montana.

There’s a saying I live by: “A healthy man wants a thousand things, but a sick man only wants one.” I know this firsthand—because I used to be that sick man.

During med school, the stress wrecked my health. I developed hypothyroidism, blood sugar swings, and crushing fatigue. The solution wasn’t another prescription—it was building a system. By dialing in my nutrition with CGM data, fixing my sleep, and committing to strength training, I rebuilt my health from the ground up.

Now my thyroid is normal, my testosterone sits at 560, my average glucose is 93 (A1c 4.9), and I’ve got energy that lasts 16 hours a day.

It took me years to figure out the protocol. My mission is to shorten that learning curve for other men—so you can reverse diabetes and reclaim your performance in as little as 90 days.
